Many people, especially women, feel that complex movements like Olympic weightlifting are out of reach. I believe anyone can learn with the right coaching. Here you can see beginners learning the snatch and clean, proving that with proper guidance, these lifts are for everyone.

Being a great coach means being a source of motivation and discipline. This video shows me working with a client, focusing on her form while maintaining a positive and encouraging environment. My responsibility is to be an example for anyone who comes to me for training.

About this collection

Many women worry that complex movements like the snatch or clean and jerk are out of reach for beginners. At the gym, we strip these Olympic lifts back to the basics, teaching you the mechanics before adding any heavy load. You don't need prior experience to start—you just need to show up, stay patient, and be ready to learn the right technique.

Our Approach: Strength Over Speed

Fitness at Adapt Fitness Club isn't about rushing to hit a number on the scale. My focus is on teaching you how to move correctly. Whether you have never picked up a dumbbell or you are looking to refine your form, we start by building a foundation. We use a mix of functional movements—like squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses—to ensure you gain functional strength that carries over into your daily life.

I created this space to be judgment-free. When you walk into the gym, you aren't just another number; you are part of the AFC Squad. We train together, and that communal energy makes the tough days easier. It is normal to feel intimidated by barbells, but you will find that everyone here is focused on their own progress. We support each other through every rep, whether you are crushing your first heavy set or working on mobility.

  • Consistency: As I always say, 'Heavy lift ka ashirwad, chhoti chhoti practice ki tapasya se milta hai' (Big gains come from small, consistent effort). We help you build that habit.
