We use specific tools to ensure you do not hit a plateau:
- Yoga Blocks: Essential for maintaining alignment during forward folds and arm balances like Lolasana.
- Metal Chairs: Used for spinal traction and deeper, safer backbends.
- Wheels: Perfect for opening up the chest and shoulders, allowing for deeper backbend work than you might achieve alone.
Our Process
We follow the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa method. Expect Sanskrit counting—Ekam, dve, trini—to keep your breath synced with movement. This rhythm is not just about counting; it helps you stay present and pushes you to hold poses longer than you would on your own.
