Pranayama and Relaxation Yoga Sessions
Yoga is not just about physical postures. It is about calming the mind, regulating your breath, and finding inner peace through stillness.
A moment of peace during a special International Yoga Day session, accompanied by the beautiful sound of the tabla. This is what it means to connect mind, body, and soul.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is one of the most loved parts of the practice. It is a guided meditation that rejuvenates the body and brain, reduces anxiety, and controls negative thoughts.
This beautiful asana, Balasana (Child's Pose), is excellent for calming the mind and releasing anger. We guide you to surrender completely and find peace within.
About Mindful Moments: Pranayama & Relaxation
Breathing is the bridge between your body and your mind. In our sessions, we focus on Pranayama and Yoga Nidra to help you disconnect from daily stress. We use techniques like reverse counting and controlled nasal breathing to lower anxiety, teaching you that you have the power to calm your own nervous system.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that real health is mental as much as it is physical. We see too many people carrying the tension of the city in their shoulders and breath. By dedicating time to stillness, we help you reverse that impact.
How We Practice
We combine ancient techniques with modern understanding. You will learn to use Balasana (Child's Pose) to release anger, and Yoga Nidra to switch off the constant chatter in your head. During these sessions, we guide you through a 21-step reverse counting technique. This forces the brain to focus on the present, breaking the cycle of negative or repetitive thoughts that cause anxiety.
Why It Matters
Pranayama is not just about deep breathing. It is about learning to control the life force within you. Whether you are dealing with work pressure, sleep issues, or just a lack of focus, these sessions provide the tools to regulate your own energy. We practice in an air-conditioned studio environment in both Vikaspuri and Dwarka, where the atmosphere is specifically set up for silence and introspection.
Consistency is the only secret. You do not need to be a flexible gymnast to start. You only need to be willing to sit, breathe, and pay attention to your own progress.
