About Yoga Beyond the Mat
The photos you see here are not just poses, they represent how I integrate movement into different environments to stay grounded. Whether you are at a desk or taking a break outdoors, learning to find stability and comfort in your surroundings is the real goal of our sessions. You can start this by finding just 15 minutes a day for mindful breathing and purposeful movement.
Yoga is so much more than a routine you perform on a mat for an hour. It is a way of carrying yourself through the day. In our classes, we focus on Sthira Sukham, which means staying strong, comfortable, and happy. When you bring this perspective to your practice, it stops being a chore and starts becoming a part of your daily rhythm.
My sessions, whether online or in-studio at R.R. Nagar, are designed to make this accessible.

- Retreats: For those who want to take their practice fully 'beyond the mat,' we organize retreats where we blend nature, adventure, and yoga. It is the perfect reset button.
