Vinyasa Flow & Daily Yoga Practice
Yoga is about feeling strong, comfortable, and happy in your own skin. Whether you join me in our RR Nagar studio or log in from home, we move together to build clarity and balance.
This is a typical vinyasa flow you can expect in my class, moving from Utkatasana (chair pose) to Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (upward facing dog). It’s a powerful sequence to build heat and focus, perfect for our live interactive yoga sessions.
Here, my yoga partner and I move in sync through a gentle flow, starting from Balasana (child's pose) and moving into Bhujangasana (cobra pose). Practicing together, even in a simple sequence, builds a wonderful sense of connection.
In our studio, we work on poses like Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II) and Prasarita Padottanasana (wide-legged forward bend). I teach with Sharmila and Indrazith, and together we offer different perspectives to help you perfect your form.
About Vinyasa Flow & Daily Practice
In our live sessions, we keep the group small so I can actually see you. Please keep your video on because it is the only way I can give you those real-time adjustments and ensure your alignment is safe, just like I would do in our studio. We focus on breathing through the challenge, finding that sweet spot where you are working hard but still feel completely at ease.
My approach to Vinyasa Flow is rooted in the philosophy of Sthira Sukham Asanam. It means we find stability in the pose and comfort in the movement. We don't just rush through the flow; we connect your breath to every transition to help calm your mind and release stress.
What happens in a session
We start by building heat with basic Hatha and Vinyasa sequences. My team and I guide you through the flow, and because we offer live interactive classes, you get the personal attention you need. We finish every session with 10 to 15 minutes of Pranayama and guided Yoganidra. Think of it as a conscious nap that helps you end the practice feeling restored, not just tired.
Options for your practice
- Online Sessions: Whether you are an early bird who wants to practice at 5 or 6 AM, or you prefer a wind-down session at 10 PM, our schedule is designed to fit your day. We focus on posture correction via video, so even if you are in your living room, you are getting the right guidance.
- In-Studio (RR Nagar): If you are in Bangalore, come visit us at our BEML Layout studio. Here, we can do hands-on adjustments and use props like blocks and straps to help you deepen your practice safely. The batch size is capped to ensure everyone gets enough space and attention.
Who is this for?
If you are a beginner, have no tension, yaar. We start with the basics, focusing on joint mobility and Surya Namaskar. If you are intermediate, we have plenty of variations to keep you challenged. It is about evolving at your own pace, not competing with anyone else.
