About Group Training: The DC Squad
Forget staring at a wall while you lift weights alone. In our group sessions, you're on the mats for 60 minutes, moving with the squad. We focus on functional mobility—animal flows, core strength drills, and partner work—that actually makes your body capable. Expect to sweat, be corrected on your form, and be pushed by the person next to you. If you want to slack off, this isn't the place.
Why Train With The DC Squad?
We don't do 'easy'. Whether you're at our Rohini academy or Model Town facility, the vibe remains the same: high-energy, no-nonsense training. Our group classes aren't just about burning calories; they are about building a body that can actually move.
What We Focus On
- Functional Mobility: Using animal flow, resistance bands, and PVC pipes to fix your posture and range of motion.
- Partner Workouts: We use partner-based drills because nothing pushes you harder than having someone counting your reps.
- Real Strength: No fancy machines. We use your body weight, medicine balls, and mats to build explosive power and core stability.
The Rules
- Consistency is Key: You take three days off, your stamina drops. We track attendance. Show up.
- Leave Ego at the Door: Everyone here is working on themselves, from the athletes to the beginners.
- Support the Squad: We suffer together, we grow together. If someone is struggling with a rep, the whole group pushes harder.
