Forget slow stretches and soft lights. We train for real-world strength using animal flows, balance drills, and agility training to build a body that is ready for anything.

This is what we mean by functional training. The video shows various animal walks like the gorilla, monkey, and lizard walk, which build coordination and full-body strength.
