This is what we mean by functional training. The video shows various animal walks like the gorilla, monkey, and lizard walk, which build coordination and full-body strength.
The balance ball is not a toy here. This student is attempting a challenging drill to stand on the ball, which requires incredible core strength and focus.

At Delhi Combat, we don't believe in stationary poses. Real fitness is about how you move in the world. Our functional mobility sessions are designed to make you agile, strong, and injury-proof. We mix classic power training with animal movements like the gorilla, lizard, and crab walk to build coordination that standard gym equipment cannot touch.

- Animal Flow & Agility: We use bodyweight movements to improve your range of motion. It is not about looking pretty; it is about being capable. You will learn to use your own weight to build resistance.
- The DC Squad Mentality: Whether you are at our Rohini or Model Town facility, you are not training alone. The group pushes you, we track your progress, and consistency is the only requirement. If you skip three days, you start losing the stamina you built.
- Real Tools: Forget incense. We use PVC pipes for shoulder health, resistance bands for deep stretching, and heavy medicine balls for balance. We train on 25mm EVA foam mats that are built for impact and stability.
