This is a glimpse into my daily rhythm. It is not about perfect poses, but about the progress we make when we move, breathe, and find stillness together.

Just a moment of quiet reflection. My practice has taught me to find good vibes and gratitude in every part of life, on and off the mat.

"Embrace Yoga." This image captures my belief in the power of yoga to achieve physical well being, mental peace, and spiritual growth. The handstand represents a change in perspective.

About My Practice Journey

When I teach, I do not look for the perfect handstand or the deepest stretch on day one. We start by noticing where the body holds tension, whether it is tight shoulders from sitting at a desk or old stress we carry in our hips, and we move slowly from there. It is about building a sustainable habit that feels like a relief, not a chore.

My practice is less about checking boxes and more about the inward work. Whether we are in a group session at Nrityog or a private one-on-one, the goal remains the same: steady, honest growth. My sessions are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa, designed to help you notice what feels good, what feels tough, and how to let go of stress.

I integrate sound healing, using Tibetan singing bowls, to help reset the nervous system after a heavy practice. For those interested in deeper discipline, I also draw from my background as a Karate practitioner to build functional strength and core stability. It is a philosophy of 'progress over perfection' that I have carried through my years of teaching.

Whether you are a beginner looking for Hatha foundations in Horamavu or a corporate team needing chair yoga relief for tech neck, my focus is on making the practice accessible to everyone. My family, including my son Yugan, my Thangame, keeps me grounded in this journey. I am simply here to share the stillness I have found.

I am not just a teacher, I am a dad and a student of movement first. My days are dedicated to finding that inner silence, and I am grateful to share this journey with anyone who walks into my space.
