Corporate Yoga and Wellness Sessions
Bring balance into the office with simple, effective chair yoga. No mats, no special clothes, just relief from desk-related stress.
It was an honor to bring chair yoga to the team at Yulu. This video shows how we used simple stretches and breathing exercises to release tension and find a moment of calm during a busy workday. No mats or special clothes required.
About Corporate Wellness
My chair yoga sessions don't require your team to change into gym clothes or clear out a large conference room. We work right at your desks, focusing on the specific aches that build up from hours of coding, typing, and sitting in meetings. It is a simple, no-fuss way to help your team release tension and reset their focus without disrupting the workday.
Wellness Right at Your Desk
Most corporate wellness programs feel like an interruption. My approach is different. I design these sessions to fit into the flow of a workday, specifically addressing the physical realities of office life in Bengaluru.
What We Focus On
- Tech Neck & Shoulder Tension: We use targeted movements to relieve the strain caused by hunching over laptops and staring at screens for hours.
- Wrist & Back Health: Simple stretches to counter the stiffness that comes from repetitive keyboard use and long sitting hours.
- Mental Clarity: I integrate pranayama (breathwork) to help manage workplace anxiety, helping everyone find a moment of stillness amidst deadlines.
How It Works
These sessions are designed for up to 20 people and typically last 45 to 60 minutes. Because we practice in office chairs or standing near desks, there is no need for mats or special attire.
I often close sessions with a brief sound bath demonstration using singing bowls. The resonance helps clear the mental clutter, leaving the team feeling refreshed rather than drained. My goal is never to push for the perfect pose, but to help each person find a little more ease in their body.
Whether you are based in Koramangala, Indiranagar, or anywhere else in the city, I travel to your office. It is about simple, consistent progress, not making yoga a difficult chore.
