There are no comfort zones here. My advanced training sessions are designed to push you to your absolute limit, mentally and physically. You'll see everything from heavy bag work to brutal cardio on the rowing machine, forcing you to dig deep and grow stronger.
This is not for the weak hearted. From the moment the warm-up starts, the intensity is high. We embrace the grind because we know that's where champions are forged. This is how we build unstoppable energy and willpower.
The grind never stops. This is a look at the bodyweight strength we build, using tools like gymnastic rings for exercises like dips. It’s about mastering your own body to build superior strength and stability.
This is the aftermath. The sweat on the mat tells the story of an intense pad work session. It's a sign of hard work, dedication, and the effort required to get better every single day. We leave it all in the gym.
A one hour workout is just four percent of your day. No excuses. We make every minute count with a mix of strength work, conditioning, and skill drills. Make your time worth it.
This is what it's all about. A brutal rowing machine challenge pushes everyone to their breaking point, but the team is there to yell, motivate, and pull each other through. Even when competing, we build each other up. Chal chal chal!
About The Grind: Raw & Unfiltered
You aren't signing up for a gym membership here; you're signing up for a process. Our sessions focus on functional strength—think 80kg tractor tires and intense rowing intervals—mixed with technical drills that actually work in a fight. You will leave this mat covered in sweat, perhaps a bit humbled, but that is the only way you get better.
We run our academy in Andheri East, Mumbai, like a fight camp, not a commercial health club. If you are looking for AC and treadmills, this isn't for you.
The Daily Grind
- The Warm-up: It’s not just jogging. It’s dynamic mobility, bear crawls, and frog jumps. You start the session ready to move, or you don't start at all.
- The Skill: Whether it is Muay Thai, Boxing, or Grappling, we drill the basics until they are second nature. You learn to punch, sprawl, and defend because, in a fight, panicking is what gets you hurt.
- The Condition: We use what actually mimics a fight. We flip tractor tires, slam battle ropes, and put you on Concept2 rowing machines until you can't breathe.
The Reality of Our Space
- Environment: It is a non-AC warehouse. It gets hot. You get sweaty. That is by design. If you can't handle the heat here, you won't handle the pressure in the cage.
- The Team: You will be surrounded by everyone from six-year-olds to seasoned fighters. We shout, 'Chal chal chal!' (Let's go!), and 'Kya kar raha hai be tu?' (What are you doing, man?) because we need to see your fire. It is not personal; it is high-level problem solving with physical consequences.
Wins and losses do not define us. Showing up and putting in the work every single day does. Bring your gear, leave your ego at the door, and get to work.
