Pricing Guide
Annual Athletic & Fitness Training Program
Schedule & Location
- Duration: 12-month mandatory training cycle starting at 05:45 AM.
- Progressive Frequency: Starts with 3 days/week (Tue, Thu, Sat) for the first 4 months, increasing to 5 days/week for the remaining 8 months.
- Venue: St. Dominic Savio High School Ground, Andheri East (Outdoor natural grass and earth surface).
Assessments & Screening
- Field Testing: Manual biometric evaluation using Cooper VO2max, Queen's College, and Harvard Step Tests.
- Physio Screening: ABC movement tests and posture analysis conducted by in-house physios to identify imbalances.
- Performance Tracking: Periodic manual timing of sprints, reaction speeds, and cone drills.
Training Drills & Equipment
- Conditioning: High-repetition bodyweight circuits, squats, lunges, and plyometrics.
- Technicals: Sprint form correction, arm mechanics, and hurdle clearance techniques.
- Functional Equipment: Usage of agility ladders, plastic cones, PVC hurdles, resistance bands, and medicine balls.
Administrative Inclusions
- Kit: Provision for one set of branded training jersey and shorts.
- Fees: Covers one-time administrative enrollment charges and annual tuition.
- Note: Higher price range estimates potential installment plan totals versus one-time payment discounts.

How We Train
Everything starts with a personalized athlete assessment. Before you jump into any session, we check your medical history and current fitness, from VO2max fitness testing to agility and strength benchmarks. Our coaches and sports physiotherapists work together to tailor a plan that actually fits you.
Sessions mix up functional strength exercises like planks, lunges, and overhead squats, with plyometric power training - box jumps, squat jumps, stuff that leaves you feeling powerful and light on your feet. For speed and agility, expect cone drills, high-knee runs, and technique work for specialized skills.
Staying Injury-Free
I take sports injury prevention seriously. We modify your training based on your first assessment, focusing on prehabilitation so you’re ready for the big stuff and less likely to get sidelined.
