If you’re grinding without purpose, you’re just wasting gas—I’ll show you how to move with intent so you actually get stronger, not just more tired.

In this sport, 'more' isn't always 'better.' You can grind for hours, but if your technique is off or your recovery is non-existent, you'll hit a wall. Here, we obsess over the mechanics. When you see us doing kettlebell swings, we aren't just burning calories; we are conditioning your posterior chain to give you that knockout power in the cage. Why do we push partner training? Because your opponent in a fight isn't a stationary machine. They resist, they push back, and they change pace. Expect to be coached, not just supervised. If your form breaks down during an AMRAP, expect us to stop you and ask, 'Kya kar raha hai be tu?' (What are you doing?). It's not to be mean; it's because poor form is how injuries happen, and injuries keep you out of the gym. We’re building a balanced fighter, not just a sweaty one.
