My training comes directly from the Shaolin Temple in China. Whether you want to learn practical self-defense, improve flexibility, or find mental balance through Taiji and Chan meditation, we build real skill through repetition and discipline.

This is the essence of Shaolin weapon training. Here, I am demonstrating a fundamental stance with the staff, a practice that builds balance, power, and extension of the body's energy.

Practical application is key. I am showing a student the correct sequence for a Qi Xing Quan combat application, breaking down the block, trap, and strike. You must see the movement, then practice until it is natural.

Kung Fu is for everyone, no matter your profession. Here, my student Akshi practices a Taiji form, finding balance and calm even in her work attire. This internal art is essential for mental clarity and health.

This is the guiding principle of my school: "Kung Fu lies in perseverance, not in words." True skill is not talked about; it is earned through sweat and repetition.

My journey began at the source. This is me at the Shaolin Temple in China, before a stone carving of Bodhidharma, the patriarch who brought Zen and martial arts to the temple. My teaching is rooted in this direct lineage.

Strength is built step by step. I am guiding a student through a difficult conditioning exercise to build her core power, or Qi. With correct form and determination, anyone can grow stronger.

Flexibility is not a gift, it is a result of dedicated practice. This student demonstrates a full split, a testament to the scientific stretching methods we use in our training.

We also train the mind. Here I am sitting in Dhyana mudra, a meditation practice to calm the mind and cultivate inner peace. This is the "Xiu Xin Yang Shen" part of our training, to cultivate the heart and spirit.
