Traditional Shaolin Forms

Foundational Strength & Flexibility

All skill is built on a strong foundation. My training emphasizes rigorous body conditioning, stance work, and flexibility drills to prepare your body for advanced techniques.

Weapon Training

Students begin with the fundamentals of the staff, learning control, form, and application. This training extends the principles of Kung Fu and develops greater awareness and coordination.

Internal Arts: Taiji & Chan Meditation

We cultivate the heart and nourish the spirit through internal practices. Taiji training improves balance and health, while Chan meditation is practiced to develop a calm, focused mind.

My Journey from the Shaolin Temple

My training comes directly from the source, the Shaolin Temple in China, where I was initiated as a 34th Generation Warrior Disciple. These are moments from my time at the cradle of Zen Buddhism and Kung Fu.
