This is what hard work looks like. I am proud to bring home two gold medals for India from the 2023 Hong Kong International Wushu Competition. This victory was earned, not given. Jai Bharath.

Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation. Here I am practicing different forms in nature, connecting my movements with the environment. This is about finding your center and strength, no matter where you are.

It was a moment of great pride to see my team's success at the 20th Hong Kong International Wushu Championship featured on the news. We brought home 23 gold medals for India, proving the power of our training and dedication.

Mastering the Jian, or the double edged sword, is a core part of my competitive Tai Chi training. It demands precision, focus, and countless hours of practice to perfect the form and flow.

About this collection

At my Shaolin Wushu Cultural Center in JP Nagar, we do not believe in shortcuts. Whether you are here for competitive Tai Chi or just to build foundational strength, you will be training on high-density mats using authentic equipment. If you are ready to put in the hours, I am ready to guide your form.

My approach is built on a foundation of discipline, drawing from my journey as a Wushu competitor. I teach you what I have lived, focusing on biomechanics, breath control, and the mental toughness required to master martial arts. This is not a gym for quick fixes. It is a space for those who want to learn.

Core Training Tracks

  • Tai Chi & Qigong: We focus on meditative movement. This is about controlling your breath and mind to manage stress and improve physical balance.
  • Wushu & Kung Fu: From basic stances to advanced weapons like the Jian, these sessions are for those who want to develop practical fighting skills and discipline.
  • Competition Prep: I coach athletes specifically for national and international stages. We cover everything from form correction to weapon handling and competitive scoring nuances.

Training with me requires commitment. We work on precise alignment and consistency. If you join my group sessions in JP Nagar, you are joining a community that values grit. If you opt for virtual training, expect the same level of correction and expectation for effort. My goal is to equip you with the skills to fight, move, and think clearly, regardless of your starting level.
