See the real art. From ancient battlefield techniques to rigorous conditioning, this is how we build fighters in heart, mind, and spirit. Chalo!

This is what I mean by commitment. We build a body of steel, conditioned to withstand and deliver powerful blows. This is an advanced conditioning drill, demonstrating the toughness that authentic Muay Boran training develops.

The Hanuman Thayan is a deadly ancient strike from Muay Boran, inspired by the powerful Lord Hanuman. Here, I demonstrate the technique, which involves a prayerful start before unleashing a devastating attack. This is the kind of knowledge passed down from masters, not found on the internet.

Training is hands-on. I am right there with my students, holding the pads, correcting their form, and pushing them to strike with full power. Here, a student practices a combination of punches and elbows, learning the proper timing and distance.

To be a true teacher, you must first be a humble student. This was a moment of great honor for me, receiving blessings from the legendary Grand Master Sagat Petchyindee at a temple in Ayutthaya. This connection to the masters in Thailand is what keeps my teaching authentic.

The flying knee, or 'Khao Loi', is a powerful and explosive technique used to surprise an opponent. I teach my students how to generate the necessary power and timing to execute this move effectively in a real fight situation. Chalo!

I often speak with students, not just about techniques, but about the mindset of a martial artist. The most important thing is commitment, first to yourself. This discipline is the foundation of everything we do in Muay Boran.

This was a proud day. I was formally awarded the Silver Mongkol for Khan 14 by the Senior Grand Masters in Thailand. This recognition is not just for me, but for the authentic Muay Thai and Muay Boran we preserve and teach.

Strength comes from tradition. Here, we use the 'Mugdar', or Indian club, for conditioning. This ancient tool builds powerful shoulders, a strong grip, and the core stability needed for devastating strikes.

About Featured

When you train here, you aren't just hitting a heavy bag. You are learning the full Muay Boran system—from the 'Hanuman Thayan' strikes to the spiritual 'Wai Kru Ram Muay' ritual. I personally correct your form during every session, ensuring you master the logic behind every movement, not just the muscle memory.

More Than Just a Sport

Many people confuse modern kickboxing with Muay Boran. This is the ancient battlefield art—the father of Muay Thai. Whether you are at our Sadiq Nagar academy or training at Siri Fort, my goal remains the same: to pass down the knowledge I gained from senior masters in Thailand, not just 'YouTube' techniques.

What You Will Master

  • Core Combat: We focus on the Eight Limbs—using fists, elbows, knees, and shins. You will learn the 'Mae Mai' and 'Luk Mai' systems that define real combat readiness.
  • Conditioning: Strength isn't built in a day. We use traditional tools like the 'Mugdar' (Indian club) alongside modern drills to build a body that can withstand and deliver power.
  • Tradition: Respect is the foundation. Every student learns the rituals, the discipline of the Mongkhon, and the mental toughness required to handle real-life pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience? No. Whether you are a beginner or looking to advance your skills, I start by assessing your current form. We have students of all levels.

What equipment do I need to start? For hygiene reasons, you must purchase your own hand wraps and boxing gloves. Everything else—from the ring to the pads—is provided at the academy.

Is this for self-defense? Yes. This is not for ring points. We teach you 'marna kaise hai' (how to strike) and importantly, 'bachna kaise hai' (how to defend).
