I learned from my ashan in Kerala, and today I carry those same principles to the mat in Bengaluru. Coaching isn't just a job; it’s a responsibility I take seriously for every student who walks through my door.

In this video, I explain my view on coaching. A coach earns his name when his student performs, and a student needs a good coach to perform. It is a relationship built on respect and a shared goal.

Clips from a podcast where I discuss my career, from starting martial arts as a child in Kerala to fighting in the octagon. I also share my thoughts on why it is important to let kids choose their own path in sports.

A smile from the heart. Outside the gym, I am a family man, but the principles of discipline and hard work are always with me.

About The Coach's Corner: My Philosophy & Journey

A coach only earns his name when the student performs, and a student needs a coach to get there. It’s a two-way street. In my gym, you won’t find shortcuts or flashiness. You’ll find direct, hands-on guidance where I personally oversee technique, pad work, and mental conditioning to ensure you're getting real results.
