Standard Monthly MMA Membership
Training Structure
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Approx. 12 sessions/month).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Curriculum: Hybrid mix of Stand up Striking (Boxing/Muay Thai), Grappling (BJJ/Wrestling), and Sport MMA.
- Grading: Aligned with IMMAF (International Mixed Martial Arts Federation) youth standards for belt progression.
- Session Flow: Includes agility warm ups, technical partner drills, controlled touch sparring, and mental discipline talks.
Facility & Atmosphere
- Environment: Raw, functional gym setting (Non AC) with industrial fans and high ceilings.
- Equipment: 25mm 30mm EVA safety mats, heavy bags, focus mitts, and kick shields.
- The Cage: Access to a full size MMA cage for situational drills and environment acclimatization.
Coaching & Safety
- Student Ratio: Maintained at approx. 1:10 to 1:15 for adequate supervision.
- Expertise: Classes led by IMMAF certified officials and combat sports specialists.
- Safety Gear: Personal gear (Gloves, Shinguards) is mandatory for regular training (sold separately).
Optional Services
- Transport: Door to door van/cab pickup and drop available for specific routes (Extra cost).
- Uniform: Branded Dry fit tees and MMA shorts available for purchase.
Young Warriors Summer Bootcamp
Camp Snapshot
- Duration: 4 Weeks (Seasonal: April/May).
- Frequency: Monday to Friday (5 days/week, approx. 20 sessions total).
- Batch Options: Choice of Morning (10:00 AM) or Afternoon (4:00 PM) slots.
- Exclusivity: Strictly capped at 20 students per batch to ensure personalized coaching.
Curriculum Focus
- Introduction to MMA: Beginner friendly exposure to various combat forms.
- Self Defense: Covers stranger danger protocols, wrist releases, and anti bullying tactics.
- Conditioning: High energy circuit training designed to boost stamina and reduce screen time lethargy.
- Discipline: Instills martial arts etiquette including bowing, respect, and lining up.
Camp Deliverables
- Certification: "Young Warrior" Certificate of Completion provided upon finishing the camp.
- Final Demo: End of camp skill demonstration session for parents to witness progress.
- Facility: Training conducted in a naturally ventilated, non AC rooftop facility with monitored hydration breaks.

How We Do It
Martial arts for confidence building is woven into every session. We mix it up so your child doesn't get bored - Kick Boxing, BJJ, Muay Thai for kids, and grappling. Safe, supervised, and always high-energy.
Bootcamp Vibes
Our Young Warriors Bootcamp is for ages 6 to 12. We keep groups small (20 max) so every kid gets attention. Two timing options for busy schedules.

My Story
We’re Fight Capital India, not just a gym, more like a wild family. Been at it 5 years. You walk in for a workout, but end up fighting your own battles—inside and outside the ring.
