About Youth Martial Arts
Why We Train Young
At Iron Fist Fight Club, I see martial arts as more than just punches and kicks. It's about teaching kids grit, discipline, and respect for themselves and others. I push for progress, not perfection. If you want your kid to build confidence and learn to handle tough days, this is where it happens.
What We Actually Do
- Our youth MMA training blends boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and grappling.
- Drills are hands-on and practical. We work on footwork, quick reactions, and real fight basics.
- All sparring is safe, supervised, and focused on learning - not hurting.
- I make it very clear: these skills are for the mat and the ring, not for starting trouble outside.
Real Results, Real Stories
Kids here go from being shy to stepping up at school and even winning medals. Some start as total beginners, others come to chase big dreams like our own national boxing medalist, Andrea. Everyone finds their own pace.
Who Fits Right In
Boys and girls from age 5 and up, whether they're new to sports or already dreaming of gold medals. If your kid wants a challenge and a sense of belonging, they'll fit right in with us.
This is not a fancy gym full of egos - it's just a bunch of determined kids, good vibes, and honest sweat. The first step is always the hardest, but that's how all warriors start.

My Story
Charles here, founder of Iron Fist Fight Club. Been in the ring, coached champs, built this place from scratch. Three years out, trained ten days, won IHFF Nationals—so yeah, never count me out. I’m also General Secretary for Karnataka MMA, working to grow the sport here. Our gym saw the Indian National Team prep for Worlds—proud moment. Like my buddy said, 'illi local alli iroru dayavittu banni' (locals, come by). This club’s my family. We fight, we push, we get back up together.
My Work
Fight & Fitness Training - We train in MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Wrestling, BJJ, self-defense, and fitness for all ages, starting at 5.
Warrior Facilities - Multiple Bangalore branches, MMA octagon, boxing ring, pro equipment—this place is more than a gym.
Personal Coaching - Expert coaches give real attention, from beginners to pros, including personal fight coaching and body transformation program.
Our Way - No shortcuts. Train hard, sweat, grind, get better. Champions built here, not born.
