Explosive power and endurance built for the ring. Real conditioning for real fighters, not gym-goers.

Agility and explosive power are critical. Our conditioning sessions include drills like backflips and dynamic jumps to build athletic ability that translates directly to martial arts.

Here our young students are working on agility and coordination. They are doing hurdle drills and other exercises designed to improve their footwork, speed, and overall athleticism.

We teach kids proper strength training with safety as the top priority. This young student is learning correct form for exercises like medicine ball throws and deadlifts to build a strong foundation.

Skipping rope is a simple but essential tool for any fighter. It builds cardio, endurance, and footwork. I make it a core part of my own training routine.

Another look at jump rope training. Consistent practice with the skipping rope is key for developing the rhythm and stamina needed for boxing and kickboxing.

I believe in pushing my own limits. For my 40th birthday, I completed a challenge of 40 pull ups. This is the discipline and strength I work to instill in all my students.

About More Than a Fight: Strength & Conditioning

A fighter who runs out of gas in the second round is no fighter at all. Our conditioning isn't about looking good in the mirror; it’s about having the raw endurance, mobility, and explosive power to keep moving and striking when everyone else is tired.
