Getting the basics right isn't about being slow; it's about being sharp. Here, we build your fight foundation from the ground up, one punch, kick, and stance at a time.

This is what advanced, high intensity pad work looks like for a competitive athlete. We are drilling kickboxing combinations inside the ring, focusing on speed, power, and precision under pressure.

A look at our sparring and pad work sessions. We drill realistic combat scenarios, focusing on offense, defense, and movement. This is where students apply the techniques they learn.

A typical training session at our gym. You can see students of different levels practicing their kickboxing and boxing skills on pads and with partners. Everyone is focused on improving their technique.

Our group classes include a mix of activities. Here, students are working on core strength with floor exercises and practicing their punching combinations on the heavy bags.

This clip shows our students working on dynamic stretches and mobility to prepare their bodies for training. It also shows a kick-sparring drill where they practice control and timing.

About this collection

In my gym, we don't jump to fancy head kicks until you can throw a jab that actually snaps. Whether it is shadowboxing or heavy bag work, we watch your movement and correct your stance until your body does it right instinctively. You come here to learn the science of fighting, not just to work up a sweat.

Technique is your best defense. Many people think fighting is just about aggression, but at BFC Bodyforce, we know it starts with your feet and ends with your focus.

Why Fundamentals Matter

We focus on the basics because sloppy habits lead to injuries and bad losses. When you train with us, we break down your movement. We look at your stance, your balance, and your power generation. You will spend time on:

  • Pad Work & Mitts: This is where you learn distance and timing. We work one-on-one to ensure your combinations are crisp and your defense is tight.
  • Bag Work: We use the heavy bag not just for hitting, but for conditioning and reinforcing the muscle memory of your strikes.
  • Stance & Footwork: If your feet are wrong, your punch will never have power. We ensure your base is solid, whether you are training for MMA, boxing, or kickboxing.

The Training Environment

We do not use AC, and we keep the mats focused. Our non-air-conditioned environment helps build heat tolerance, which is vital for any serious combat athlete. We train in a 1:10 coach-to-student ratio, meaning you get individual eyes on your progress every single session.

Whether you are looking for self-defense skills in Bengaluru or preparing for the ring, this is where you build the engine. We combine agility drills, joint mobility, and conditioning with your technical training to ensure you are not just a fighter, but an athlete.

I started my journey at 10, and my ashan taught me that a fight is won long before the bell rings. At BFC Bodyforce, I make sure you learn the same way—with complete focus on your foundation. I train my own kids right here, so you know the discipline I demand from you is the same one I live by.
