This is what discipline and practice look like. We teach kids how to control their bodies and build real skills, like this perfect high kick. It’s about focus, flexibility, and power, all learned in a safe environment.
I believe in leading by example, which is why I train my own son. Here, we are working on boxing combinations with focus mitts. This one on one pad work is key to building sharp reflexes and correct form.
This is one of our international athletes, Aayush Dipu, after winning his gold medal. I don't just train students; I build champions. We guide dedicated athletes on their journey to compete and win at a high level.
Training is for everyone, and I start them young, including my own daughter. We work on basic kickboxing combos, focusing on coordination and having fun while learning. Safety and proper technique are always the first priority.
A coach is a responsibility. It is not just about training, it is about educating. My goal is to build a student who performs well because they have learned discipline and respect, which is the foundation for any true martial artist.

About this collection
In our gym, you will not find shortcuts. We focus on one-on-one pad work and real-world technique, whether it is boxing combinations, grappling, or BJJ drills. My coaching is not just about fitness or sweating; it is about ensuring you have the discipline and skills to handle yourself when the pressure is on.
Martial arts is a tool for life. Whether you are in my gym in Richards Town or Horamavu, the standard remains the same. I teach MMA, boxing, and traditional arts like Kalaripayattu and Silambam not to fill a class, but to build warriors.
When you train with us, you are part of a team. We move right, not just fast. My students, including my own kids, work on stance, footwork, and functional conditioning using medicine balls and suspension trainers. We train for reality. This means if you are in my 'Unlimited Athlete' program, you get the sparring, the ring time, and the video analysis needed to compete. If you are here for fitness or self-defense, you get the same intensity applied to your goals.
I believe fear is fuel, but discipline is the weapon. We train on high-density mats, in naturally ventilated spaces designed to build heat tolerance. I am Abdul Muneer, known as 'The Cut Man.' I started fighting at 10 and have represented India in the octagon, so I teach from experience, not theory. We are one team here, and I train every student with the same discipline and safety standards I use for my own children.
