About this collection
When you walk onto our mats, don't expect a polished, commercial gym experience. You are coming into a fight camp. Whether you are learning an escape hold in our self-defence workshops or drilling strikes on our kick shields, we keep it simple and effective. We do not just teach you moves, we train you for real-world scenarios, and we make sure you have the conditioning to handle them when the adrenaline kicks in.
We do not believe in fancy equipment or empty theory. Our training—whether it is MMA, BJJ, or a corporate self-defence workshop—is built on the grind. Blood, sweat, and hard work are the only currency here.
We operate three dedicated studios across the city in Basaveshwar Nagar, Jalahalli, and Jnana Jyothi Nagar. You will find that our coaching staff mixes English, Kannada, and Hindi to ensure every instruction lands. If you are training with us, you are not a customer, you are part of the family. That means if you are struggling with a technique or just having a bad day, we are there to yell at you to keep going, correct your form, and push you past your limits.
Our approach is grounded in reality. We focus on effective gross motor strikes, situational awareness, and ground survival moves that actually work outside the cage. Whether you are a beginner stepping on the mat for the first time or a seasoned athlete, the goal remains the same: build mental toughness and functional capability.
