About Our Fighters
When you are training for a fight, physical conditioning is only half the battle. We focus on the 'why' behind every takedown and striking combination—Rato mat yaar, cheezein samjho bas. If you are just moving without intention, you are just waiting to get caught. Our sessions break down fight scenarios so you understand the timing and leverage, not just the drills.
Training for a fight requires more than just showing up and sweating. It is about understanding the biomechanics of every movement. Whether you are refining your jab or working on defensive wrestling, we treat every session like a fight simulation. You need to be ready for the stress of the cage, which means training when you are already tired.
We operate across Noida, Faridabad, and Sainik Farm, creating a consistent environment where our fighters can rely on the same intensity regardless of the location. Our program includes:
- Functional Strength: Building the gas tank and explosive power you need for three or five rounds.
- Technical Sparring: A safe space to test your skills against different body types and styles.
- Mental Toughness: Learning to stay calm when the pressure is high.
