At Fighting Choice, I don’t believe in just looking strong - I want you to be strong where it matters. If you’re tired of just running on treadmills and counting reps in a regular gym, yeh alag hai, bhai (this is different, bro). Our focus is on functional strength workouts that make you fast, tough, and ready for anything life chucks your way.

What I Actually Do

My sessions mix up old-school and wild stuff:

  • Bodyweight moves: Think push-ups, squats, animal flow - your own weight is enough to start
  • Smart weights: Barbells, dumbbells, weighted bags, with a focus on explosive power training, not just size
  • Unconventional drills: Tire flips, tug-of-war, partner carries for real-world fitness results
  • Athletic conditioning drills: Intense bursts to fire up your stamina, speed, and core stability

My Story

We’re Fighting Choice. For us, fighting is not just punches and kicks, it’s how we live every day. Koi boring treadmills nahi yahan (no boring treadmills here). We built a place where you drop your ego, punch out stress, and walk out mentally tougher. From kids to army soldiers, homemakers to office folks, everyone finds their inner fighter here. Training the Indian Army, seeing them go from guns to gloves - that’s something special. It’s not just a gym, it’s a fight for a better you.

My Work

Combat Sports & Fitness Training - We run MMA fitness classes, boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, Muay Thai, wrestling, self-defense, and athletic conditioning bootcamp.

Training for All Ages & Levels - Kids discipline training, women's self-defense workshops, beginners to pro fighters, everyone’s welcome.

Expert Coaches & Facilities - Our coaches know their stuff. You train in a proper setup, not some random basement.
