Why I Train
Meri kahani simple hai - main gira, main utha, maine seekha. (My story is simple - I fell, I got up, I learned.) For me, fitness is about fighting every day, not just looking good. I believe in building warriors, not just bodies. No excuses, only hard work.
What Training Looks Like
I mix old-school and modern styles to build real, functional strength. You’ll flip tires, slam sledgehammers, battle ropes, and do classic bodyweight drills. Sometimes we do partner workouts like fireman’s carries - teamwork matters. HIIT for beginners and pros alike, with agility ladders, shadow boxing, and rope jumping to push your stamina. Of course, we have traditional weight training too - barbells, dumbbells, the works.
Beyond the Gym
Training isn’t just inside. We take it outdoors for group endurance sessions - running, drills, and mental resilience training. No shortcuts, no easy way out.

Meri kahani simple hai - gira, utha, seekha. Logon ne bola nahi kar sakta, ab main wahi kar raha hoon. Jab lagta hai sab khatam, par tu bacha rehta hai, toh kya gaya? Bas, uth jao, phir dekho kaise itihas banta hai. Fighting Choice sirf gym nahi hai, yeh family hai. TEAM_FC_CLUB mein har jeet saath mein manate hain - state ho ya national. MMA Secretary banna bhi ek zimmedari hai - fighters ko top tak le jaana hai.
