A typical training session that blends strength and skill. We move from barbell thrusters to shadow boxing and partner drills, teaching the body to generate power efficiently from the ground up.

Drilling Muay Thai combinations on the heavy bag to build power and technique. The session ends with fighters showcasing the physical results of consistent, disciplined training.

About Striking & Power Development

You won't find generic gym machines here. Every session starts with compound lifts like thrusters and squats, then moves directly to partner drills or bag work. You are learning to generate power from the ground up, so when you throw a punch or kick, it comes from your whole body, not just your arm.
