Striking & Power Development
Real power isn't about how much weight you can lift in a mirror. It is about how you move on the mat. We connect functional strength training directly to your Muay Thai, boxing, and MMA work.
A typical training session that blends strength and skill. We move from barbell thrusters to shadow boxing and partner drills, teaching the body to generate power efficiently from the ground up.
Drilling Muay Thai combinations on the heavy bag to build power and technique. The session ends with fighters showcasing the physical results of consistent, disciplined training.
About Striking & Power Development
You won't find generic gym machines here. Every session starts with compound lifts like thrusters and squats, then moves directly to partner drills or bag work. You are learning to generate power from the ground up, so when you throw a punch or kick, it comes from your whole body, not just your arm. Rato mat yaar, cheezein samjho bas—if you do not understand the biomechanics of the movement, you are just wasting energy.
Building Fight-Ready Power
Most people train to look good. We train to perform. Our striking and power development program focuses on three distinct pillars that every fighter needs to master.
1. Functional Strength We use barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements to build a foundation. We focus on compound lifts like deadlifts and overhead presses because they teach your muscles to work in sync. If your legs are weak, your punch lacks base. If your core is soft, your kick loses snap.
2. Combat Conditioning This is where the 'gas tank' comes from. We often schedule high-intensity conditioning circuits after you are already tired from technical drills. This mimics the fatigue of a real fight. Whether you are at our Sainik Farm gym or our facilities in Noida or Faridabad, you will face animal crawls, partner drills, and explosive strength circuits that test your resolve.
3. Biomechanics & Concept Coaching We don't just tell you to hit the bag. We show you how to leverage your hip rotation and ground contact to maximize every strike.
What to Expect
- No Ego: Everyone trains together, regardless of experience level. Iron sharpens iron.
- Safe Environment: We use specialized Fuji mats to ensure stability.
- Accountability: You are part of a tribe, not a commercial gym. If you miss a session, your partners will notice.
We provide the technical knowledge and the facility. You bring the discipline. If you are looking for a place to get in shape for a fight or just want to toughen up, this is where you start.
