About Group Boxing Classes
You get a small group setting of 4 to 10 people, which means I can actually see your form and fix it. We train in an open-air turf area at my gym in Sector 141, Noida, so expect a high-energy vibe with music that keeps you moving, not a quiet, air-conditioned gym.
I believe in building a foundation before you start hitting hard. In these group sessions, we do not just jump into sparring. We start with the basics of stance, footwork, and defensive moves to make sure you are safe and effective.
My classes at Warrior Fitflow are designed to get your heart rate up and build functional strength. We use a circuit-style setup that mixes HIIT, jump rope, and agility ladder drills with traditional heavy bag work. This isn't a passive workout where you just stand around. You will be rotating through stations, flipping tires, and working on your combinations.
I keep the group size limited to 10 people because I need to be able to circulate and correct your mistakes. Safety and proper technique come first. If you are looking for a place to train with a community that pushes you, this is it. We welcome everyone, regardless of age or experience level, as long as you are ready to put in the work.
