This is what a personal training session looks like. I'm in the ring with a client, working on his punch combinations and defense with focus mitts. Every session is intense and tailored to your specific goals, whether you're a beginner or training to compete.

My group boxing classes are for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level. Here you can see a mixed group, including women and younger members, learning boxing fundamentals in a supportive and high-energy environment. We focus on technique, fitness, and having a good time while working hard.

Fitness isn't just about lifting weights. This is functional strength training in action. We use exercises like tire flips, sled pushes, and agility hurdles to build real-world power, endurance, and athleticism that helps you in daily life.

Here I am demonstrating a speed punching workout with 5kg dumbbells. This is a key part of our strength and conditioning program, designed to increase your punching speed, shoulder endurance, and overall explosive power.

This video shows a practical boxing combination drill with a partner. I'm demonstrating how to chain punches together while maintaining proper form and footwork. This is the kind of technical work we do in one-on-one sessions to sharpen your skills.

This is my certification from the Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports (NIS), Patiala. I am a professionally certified coach, and I take your fitness goals as seriously as I take my own training. This is my profession, not a hobby.

You won't find fancy AC-controlled treadmills at my facility. When you train with me, we use raw, effective tools—think tractor tires for flips, heavy sleds, and real boxing pad work. My sessions are designed for those who want to build functional strength and actual boxing skill, not just look good for social media. If you are ready to sweat and learn the correct form, we will get to work.

My training philosophy is simple: fitness is about the sukoon (peace) that comes from hard work. I don't believe in shortcuts, and I don't believe in timepass. This is a professional space where I apply my NIS-certified methodology to every session, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your combat skills.

Why This Approach Works

Most gyms get you to run in place. I get you to move with purpose.

  • Boxing Fundamentals: We start with the basics—stance, footwork, and defensive posture. It does not matter if you have never put on gloves before; I will teach you the right way to throw a punch so you build speed without risking injury.
  • Functional Strength: We use tire flips, sledgehammer drills, and battle ropes. These are not just exercises; they are tools to build the kind of strength you need in your daily life.
  • The Environment: I train at Warrior Fitflow in Sector 141, Noida. It is a semi-outdoor, high-energy environment. We use industrial fans, loud music, and a no-excuses atmosphere. It is hot, it is real, and it is where the work happens.

I offer everything from one-on-one personal training where I watch your every move, to high-energy group circuits if you prefer training with a crowd. If you cannot make it to Noida, I also provide remote coaching with diet plans and form analysis. This is my profession. I take your goals as seriously as I take my own.
