About One-on-One Coaching

In our 60-minute private sessions, we do not just hit pads. We start with your stance and footwork, and we use the boxing ring for actual movement drills. You get my full attention for form correction, whether you are here for fat loss, self-defense, or to learn the sweet science.

How We Train

I bring my NIS (Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports) certification to every session. This means you are not just getting a 'workout'; you are getting a structured, professional approach to movement. We start by fixing your basics—the stance, the jab-cross, the defensive reflex—and then progress into compound strength movements.

We train at Warrior Fitflow in Sector 141, Noida. It is a semi-outdoor, high-intensity environment. We do not have central AC, but we have industrial fans and the right kind of energy. This is a place for training, not for posing.

What You Get

  • Full Attention: Unlike group classes, this is about your body, your goals, and your speed. If we need to spend 20 minutes just on footwork, we will.
  • Real Boxing Skills: We use focus mitts and the ring to build accuracy and timing. You will learn to move like a fighter.
  • Functional Strength: We mix boxing with functional conditioning—think tire flips, sledgehammer drills, and medicine balls. This builds the kind of raw power that helps in daily life.

My Philosophy

I treat boxing as a way of life, not a hobby. Whether you are a beginner looking to get fit or someone wanting to sharpen their fight strategy, my goal is to push you past your limits. I am strict about form because safety is non-negotiable, but I keep it honest and direct. Results require effort, and I will be right there with you, holding the pads or spotting your lifts.
