Stop guessing your form. These videos break down the essential boxing techniques I teach, from your stance to advanced defensive slips, so you can train with purpose.

Day 1: It all starts here with the basic on-guard stance. This is the foundation for all movement, punching, and defense in boxing.

Day 2: Learning the forward step. Proper footwork is crucial, and this video shows how to move forward while maintaining your boxing stance and balance.

Day 3: The left punch, or jab, with a forward step. Here, I demonstrate how to coordinate your footwork with your jab to close distance effectively.

Day 4: The right punch, also known as the cross. This is your power punch, and I show how to generate force by rotating your hips and shoulders.

Day 5: The fundamental 1-2 combination. This video shows how to properly throw the left jab followed immediately by the right cross.

Day 6: The left hook. I break down the mechanics of throwing a powerful hook by pivoting your foot and rotating your body.

Day 7: The right hook. Similar to the left hook, this video demonstrates how to throw the right hook with correct form and power.

Day 8: The left uppercut. This punch is effective at close range, and I show how to execute it correctly by dipping your knees and driving upward.

Day 9: A drill combining all the punches we've learned so far. This helps in building fluid combinations and muscle memory.

Day 10: Practicing footwork and movement. This drill focuses on staying light on your feet and moving in and out of range.

About Boxing Technique Library

The biggest mistake I see beginners make is relying only on arm strength. In these videos, you will see how power actually comes from the ground up, using your pivot, hip rotation, and balance. Whether you are training at home or at my Noida gym, you have to nail these fundamentals first, or you are just wasting your energy.
