Running is for everyone, not just born athletes. From your first 10k to marathon pacing, I use a science-based method to help you run safely and consistently.

I believe running is for everyone, and this is what our community is all about. Here I am with a group of energetic runners, sharing the joy of movement and busting the myth that running is only for the young.

This is what pure determination looks like. I am incredibly proud of Chandrika Roy Chaudhary, who secured a podium finish in the 55+ age category. It proves that with structured training, age is truly just a number.

A key part of my coaching is building functional strength. This weighted step-up is a versatile workout for stability, balance, and explosive power, targeting different leg muscles depending on the step height. This is science based training in action.

For those who dream of bigger challenges, the Sahyadri Mountains are an ultra runner's paradise. This is a glimpse into the high-altitude and trail running programs I offer for athletes looking to test their ultimate limits.

To make running accessible to everyone, I collaborated with Cult on a comprehensive video series, 'Kickstarting Your Running Journey'. This program is designed to help you overcome excuses and embrace running with proper, injury free form.

Here we are kicking off the preparations for the TCS World 10K. Seeing such a large, enthusiastic group ready to take on a new challenge is what fuels my passion for coaching. This is the 10th year of our flagship 'Ten Weeks to Ten Km' program.

It was an honor to meet and listen to the god of running himself, Eliud Kipchoge. His humility, discipline, and incredible work ethic are a lesson for every runner and coach. Moments like these are a huge learning experience.

I practice what I preach. Hitting a 10K time of 43:48 after many years was a great feeling and a fun way to test my own limits. It’s important for me as a coach to stay in the groove and lead by example.
