About Cardio & Endurance
Most running guides focus on speed, but I focus on your longevity. My cardio plans are designed for real life, meaning we balance high-energy sessions with mobility work to ensure you aren't just hitting your goals but actually enjoying the process. Whether you are in a Bangalore gym or hitting the local parks, we start where you are, not where a fitness app tells you you should be.
Building endurance is less about how fast you run and more about how consistently you show up. When I trained for my first 10k, the biggest hurdle wasn't the distance. It was the mental block of starting. I help you break through those barriers by treating cardio as a 'main character' moment rather than a punishment for what you ate.
My Approach to Endurance
My cardio and endurance coaching focuses on three core pillars:
- Sustainability: We build routines that fit into your actual, busy schedule. If you only have thirty minutes, we make those minutes count so you get the heart-health benefits without the exhaustion.
- Injury Prevention: Running shouldn't leave you broken. I integrate Hatha Yoga stretches and assisted mobility work into your endurance training to keep your joints happy and your recovery times short.
- Beginner Guidance: If you have never run a day in your life, we start with a walk-run method. We use simple progression markers to help you build stamina safely.
How We Train Together
We meet in your space—your residential gym, your apartment clubhouse, or your home in Bangalore. We don't need fancy treadmills to see results. I bring the resistance bands and mobility aids; you bring the willingness to move.
We will track your progress through monthly check-ins, but the real metric is how you feel. Are you sleeping better? Do you have more energy mid-afternoon? That is the runner's high I am talking about. Whether you want to crush a 5k or just climb stairs without getting winded, we get there by listening to your body, not fighting against it.
