Running is for everyone, whether you are taking your first jog or staying active in your 70s. Neevu odabahudu—you can also run.

Think improving your 10K timing by 5 minutes is tough? Now, imagine doing it at 79. Anuradha Dighe proves that with determination, anything is possible.

At 79, Anuradha Dighe achieved what many think is impossible, improving her 10K time by a full 5 minutes at the Masters National Meet. Here she is on the podium, a true inspiration.

Anuradha's story is a reminder to never let numbers define you. Training at our JJs Balewadi center in Pune, she is a shining example of resilience and inspires us all to push our limits.

Inspiring stories like this make it all worthwhile. At 77, this lady decided to start running after seeing her daughter's journey and participating in 'The Saree Run'.

I had the honor of thanking my 91 year old mother, my fitness role model, at The Saree Run. She sacrificed her own fitness for our family but started again the day she retired. This event is for all mothers like her.

The Saree Run successfully concluded in Hyderabad with huge participation. It's gratifying to know that hundreds of women take up an active lifestyle after this event.

A heartwarming sight. Slum children from the Parikrma Foundation organized a run for their mothers. I am delighted to see the 'Fitness Bug' spreading.

About this collection

We start by establishing your current fitness baseline with simple tests you can perform at home, ensuring your training plan fits your body rather than a generic schedule. This approach prioritizes safety and long-term consistency, especially for those returning to fitness later in life.

My coaching is rooted in the belief that movement should be a lifelong habit, not a temporary phase. Whether you are aiming for your first 10K or simply want to improve your mobility and endurance after 50, the principles remain the same: consistency and safety.

In our 'Ten Weeks to Ten Km' program, we focus on breaking down your goal into manageable, bite-sized progress. You will not find shortcuts here. Instead, we use science-based techniques—dynamic warm-ups, proper gait mechanics, and strength drills—that keep you moving safely. For my 'Fab Seniors' cohort, the focus shifts towards longevity, joint health, and building the stability needed for everyday independence.

We offer flexible training modes to suit your lifestyle. You can choose to train solo via the Onca Run app, which delivers personalized plans and tracks your data, or join our group sessions at Jayanagar or Pune University. Group sessions are particularly effective for beginners and seniors, as they provide the social accountability and on-the-spot form correction from our experienced coaches.

The community aspect is what we call a 'jatre'—a gathering where every milestone is celebrated, regardless of your pace. From my 79-year-old student crushing her 10K personal best to mothers finding joy in the Saree Run, these stories prove that you are never too old to start. Let us assess your fitness levels and build a roadmap that respects your body and your goals.
