This is the focus I bring to every race. It's about locking in on your goal and letting nothing distract you from the finish line. My coaching emphasizes building this mental resilience, teaching your mind to back you up when your body wants to quit.

This is what true success looks like for me: standing on the podium with my daughter by my side. As a running mom, I know the juggle is real, but I believe that when moms pursue their passion, they teach their children the power of possibility.

Running is often a solo sport, but we grow stronger in a community. Leading group runs in amchi Mumbai is one of my greatest joys. We build each other up, share the miles, and prove that teamwork makes the dream work.

I believe in being real about the grind. I ran this half marathon and won my age category while on the second day of my period. It’s proof that a disciplined mind is your greatest asset, capable of pushing through any discomfort or challenge.

The numbers don't lie. This is a snapshot of my performance in a 10k race, finishing 2nd in my age group with a 4:17 min/km pace. My coaching is data-driven, creating personalized plans that deliver measurable improvements and podium finishes.

Speed, power, and teamwork on the track. Running a 400m relay requires a different kind of explosive strength and precision. My training programs incorporate varied workouts, including track intervals, to build your speed and versatility as a runner.

Fitness is more than just running. It's about building a strong, resilient body. I integrate strength training, like deadlifts and core work, into my coaching to help you run safer, prevent injuries, and unlock new levels of power.

You will notice I do not just post the finish line photos. Every session I lead, whether it is a track interval or a hill run, is backed by specific pacing data and heart rate analysis. I do not guess, I calculate. Whether you are prepping for your first 10K or chasing an Ultra finish, the plan I build for you will be grounded in that same exact science.

Building Grit, Not Excuses

Running is rarely about luck. It is about the discipline you bring to the early morning hours and the commitment to your training plan when life gets chaotic. My coaching is built on this foundation. I do not believe in fluff or random workouts that lead to 'junk miles.'

My Approach to Coaching

  • Remote Personal Training: I design custom race plans (10K to Ultra) based on your unique fitness level and schedule. Every week, I review your Garmin or Strava data to adjust your plan, ensuring we address fatigue and real-time performance metrics.
  • Hybrid Coaching: For those in Thane and Dombivli, we hit the track together. We focus on speed drills, form correction, and the mental toughness required for Hyrox-style intensity.
  • Gait Analysis: If you are constantly getting injured, it is likely a mechanical issue. I offer 90-minute in-person audits where we break down your gait in slow motion, correcting your foot strike and stride to make you safer and faster.

Why Data Matters

Actions speak louder than words. We use your GPS data to determine your specific training zones. This allows us to optimize your fueling strategy, hydration, and pacing for race day. You will learn to trust your watch as much as your legs.
