In-Center Group Training
Ground Training

I help people discover their running journey, whether you’re taking your first jog or chasing a marathon PB. Running isn’t just for the born athletes - neevu odabahudu (you can also run). That belief sits at the heart of everything I coach.
My Approach
- No shortcuts. I use a structured, science-based method that covers everything: endurance, stamina, strength, speed, agility, and mobility.
- Injury-free running techniques are a big focus. I want you running happy, not sidelined.
- We collect your training data and use it to build a personalized marathon training plan or a race strategy that actually fits your goals.
Programs for All
- Just starting? Beginner 10k training schedule like ‘Ten Weeks to Ten Km’ breaks it down so you don’t burn out.
- Got bigger dreams? I coach half and full marathon prep, ultra-marathoners, and even high-altitude race preparation for challenges like Ladakh.
- Age no bar. My ‘Fitness for Fab Seniors’ is for anyone who thinks they’re “too old” for this.
Flexible Training
- Train solo with my ONCA Run App, join group sessions at JJs Running centers, or mix both. It’s your call.
- For the ambitious - two-day camps and a 16-week Kenyan-inspired marathon program (with training in Iten, if you’re up for it).

My Story
Hey, I’m Pramod. Running’s not just a sport for me, it’s how I live. Started coaching back in Pune, saw my athletes win big. Did the corporate thing for years, but the track kept calling. Now, with Jayanagar Jaguars, I’ve coached thousands. Wrote 'ನೀವೂ ಓಡಬಹುದು' (You can also run) in Kannada, because I believe anyone can run. If I’m not coaching, I’m trekking somewhere quiet, soaking in the mountains, or cheering on my family. For me, it’s all about moving forward, one step at a time.
