We blend the 80/20 training principle with a focus on injury-free mobility and real community support. See how we train smarter to help you run for life.

I believe in training smarter, not just harder. A proper, scientific warm-up is the foundation of every great run, helping to prevent injuries and prepare your body and mind for the effort ahead. Here, I'm breaking down the key mobility and activation drills that we practice in every session.

The energy of our tribe is something you have to experience. This is a glimpse into our 'Odona Banni' community run, where runners of all levels come together to train, learn, and grow. It's about shared effort and collective encouragement.

This is what it's all about. The smile of a runner who has pushed her limits and achieved her goal. I am privileged to witness these moments of triumph, whether it's a podium finish or a new personal best.

Running with friends turns miles into memories. Here I am, sharing the path and pace with fellow runners at Kanteerava Stadium. These are the moments that build our community and fuel our passion for the sport.

The numbers tell a story of dedication. At the Tata Mumbai Marathon, over half of our runners achieved a new personal best. This is a testament to our structured training, consistency, and the power of our community.

Race day is the celebration of your training. Here are a few key tips I shared with our runners before the Bengaluru Runners Jatre, covering everything from beetroot juice for performance to the importance of an active warm-up the day before the race. Odona Banni!

My own journey with running has been one of profound transformation. It taught me how to channel emotional pain into physical strength and find meaning in every step. I coach from a place of authenticity, having walked this path myself.

Running is not just about the race; it's about the journey and the places it takes you. An unforgettable run to Jog Falls with friends, surrounded by the beauty of nature, reminds us why we started this journey in the first place.

Before you even hit the pavement, you will notice our sessions start with mobility and muscle activation. Most runners rush into their runs, but that is how tightness settles in. I focus on these drills because your body needs to reset its posture and fire up the right muscles before it can sustain an effort. Whether you are training for your first 5k or aiming for an ultra-marathon, these sessions are designed to keep you running for years, not just for a single race season.
