Fitness is better when we sweat together. Whether it’s pacing a 10K or building a neighborhood running group, I’m here to help you find your tribe in Namma Bengaluru.

I am honored to be a pacer for the Bengaluru Runners Jatre. I started running to combat asthma, and now I get to help others on their journey. It is a full circle moment.

Honored to be named Coach of the Month. My journey from a chartered accountant to a fitness coach has been incredible, and I love inspiring others to start their own transformations.

A newspaper article about Habit Run, an initiative I co-founded to make running accessible and fun for beginners, especially homemakers. It started with a chat over chai and a shared passion.

As a panelist at the Runners Conclave, it was an honor to share my insights alongside other experienced coaches and athletes. Events like these are vital for our running community.

Celebrating the first anniversary of "Odona Banni" (Come Let's Run). This initiative is all about bringing people together to experience the joy of running in a supportive environment.

With the kids and parents from our BBR (Bellandur Brigade Runners) 3rd batch. It is so rewarding to see families getting active and building healthy habits together.

A poster for a Puma Nitro store session. I love these opportunities to connect with the wider running community, share tips, and lead fun, engaging workouts.

About this collection

Fitness is a lot more sustainable when you have a 'jatre' (festival) of people cheering you on. I don’t just write training plans; I help you build the habit by connecting you with a supportive group, whether it’s for a weekend run at Cubbon Park or a local strength session in HSR Layout.

It is not just about hitting personal bests; it is about the people you hit them with. Through initiatives like 'Odona Banni' and 'Habit Run', I have focused on removing the barriers—whether that is intimidation or just not knowing where to start—that keep people from getting active. My coaching approach blends data-driven training with real, human connection. If we are working on race prep, we look at your metrics, but we also talk about how to manage the niggles and mental fatigue. For our group strength sessions, we focus on functional movements that translate to everyday life, ensuring you are injury-free and consistent. You will find me leading sessions in places like HSR BDA Complex or Cubbon Park, where the goal is always to keep showing up, even on the days it feels tough. I am a firm believer in progress over perfection, and I am here to help you build a routine that actually lasts. If you want to know how we structure these, or which group session fits your schedule, just send a message.

I’m Shanthi. I went from battling asthma to pacing races, and now I use that experience to help others find their own strength. I’m not here to build perfect athletes, just to help you find your rhythm and a community that keeps you going.
