Success is 20% skill and 80% strategy. Whether you are chasing your first 10K or a new personal best, I turn your training data into a clear race-day plan to help you cross the finish line with confidence.

The Jayanagar Jaguars were out in full force for the Bengaluru Marathon. This is a celebration of our team's spirit and presence at one of the city's biggest running events.

The numbers speak for themselves. At the Bengaluru Marathon, we had 339 runners participating across the 10K, Half Marathon (HM), and Full Marathon (FM) categories, showing the breadth of our running community.

Seeing our runners achieve their Personal Bests (PBs) is the ultimate reward. This chart shows the incredible number of PBs and debut runs at the Bengaluru Marathon, a testament to their consistent training.

A huge congratulations to Gaurav Yelluru for his fastest debut in the Half Marathon. A time of 1:31:22 is a fantastic achievement and shows what is possible with a focused training plan.

Kuldeep Sharma's journey is a perfect example of dedication. His 'Most Improved' performance in the Full Marathon, clocking in at 3:15:28, is an inspiration to the entire group.

Sridhar Reddy demonstrates perfect execution of a race plan. Following the strategy meticulously led him to a strong finish in the Full Marathon, proving the importance of a well thought out approach.

The joy of finishing. Here are some happy moments from the Bengaluru Marathon, with runners proudly showing their medals. This is the community and camaraderie that makes race day special.

About this collection

You have put in the miles, but crossing the finish line stronger requires more than just fitness. I use your training data—your consistency, pace, and endurance trends—to create a race-day strategy that removes the guesswork. We work on your pace execution so you do not burn out early or leave energy on the table when it matters most.

Why strategy? As I often tell my athletes, success is 20% skill and 80% strategy. Even the most dedicated runner can miss their goal if they arrive at the start line without a plan for managing their pace, energy, and mental focus.

When we prepare for events like the TCS World 10K or the Bengaluru Marathon, we do not just hope for a result. We work for it. My approach involves three core steps:

  1. Data analysis: I review your specific workout logs from the last few months to set a realistic, challenging race pace.
  2. Strategic sub-grouping: You are grouped with runners of similar ability to ensure group training sessions are effective and supportive.
  3. Execution drills: We simulate race conditions during our weekend runs, focusing on heart rate management and nutrition strategy.

Whether you are a debutant aiming to finish your first 10K or a seasoned athlete chasing a sub-4-hour marathon, my programs are built to turn your effort into results. We have seen incredible transformations within our Jayanagar Jaguars community—from people who were initially unsure about their first 5K to those who have set multiple personal bests at major city marathons.

This is not just about a spreadsheet of runs. You are joining a group that celebrates every milestone, whether it is a podium finish or simply crossing the start line for the first time. Let us look at your recent training data and build a plan that works for you.
