I don't just talk the talk, I walk the talk. These moments on the platform prove that with faith, discipline, and a 'mindset > everything' approach, any weight is liftable.

Holding the "Strongman of India" 2025 trophy. This is the culmination of countless hours of training and sacrifice.

Securing a gold medal and a new senior national record with a 318kg deadlift. Even when not at my best, I give my all on the platform.

From a Commonwealth Record to a personal best. This 327.5kg deadlift in classic powerlifting shows the progress from equipped to raw lifting.

Dominating the platform with a 315kg deadlift to claim the gold medal in the 105kg senior category. As a coach, I lead by example.

Securing second place at the Strong Man of India Championship in Dehradun. It was a tough fight, and now it's time to train even harder for the next challenge.

Winning my dominant event, the deadlift, with 21 reps of 180kg in 60 seconds. Being the only competitor to achieve over 20 reps was a huge accomplishment.

I am beyond thrilled to have secured the Strong Man of India title for 2024. Winning the under 95kg amateur category and tying in the pro category was an intense battle.

About this collection

Getting on that platform with 300kg+ on the bar isn't just about physical capacity; it's about the hours of training where nobody is watching. In my competitions, I've pulled a 327.5kg deadlift and dominated events like the 180kg-for-reps challenge. If you want to know how we prepare for this level of intensity, or how we manage to train through setbacks like injuries, chat with me.

Leading from the Front

When you see these photos, you aren't just looking at a medal or a trophy. You are seeing the result of relentless consistency. Whether I am competing in the Strong Man of India or pulling a new record at the National Powerlifting Championships, I make sure to bring that same energy back to the gym floor at Balarka Fitness.

Why Technique Matters Most

Before we chase big numbers, we master the mechanics. I have competed at the highest levels, from the Grip Strength Challenge to Karnataka state podiums, and if there is one thing I have learned, it is that bad technique is a faster route to injury than heavy weight. I teach my students exactly how I lift—whether it’s the clean and dip for logs or the lap and extend for atlas stones.

My Coaching Philosophy

I don't just coach; I practice what I preach. If you are struggling with a plateaus, lack of motivation, or just don't know how to program your lifts for strength and power, we will fix it together. We focus on:

  • Real World Strength: Training for Strongman events like yoke walks and axle bars.
  • Mental Toughness: Developing the mindset to lift on those days when your body wants to quit.
  • Faith-Driven Training: Recognizing that our strength is a blessing and we have a duty to honor it through hard work.

Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the basics or an athlete prepping for your first meet, you don't need a corporate trainer. You need someone who has been on the platform and knows exactly how to get you there.

I am Vishwanath. For me, strength is spiritual—every rep is a prayer, and every competition is a way to honor the power Hanuman Ji has blessed me with. I don't train athletes from a distance; I compete right alongside them, leading by example on the platform.
