Mindset & Faith: Building Strength That Lasts

Lifting is spiritual discipline for me. Here is how I use faith and an unshakable mindset to conquer every weight on the platform.

"It looks easy, but once you try, you'll realize how brutally tough it is." This grip challenge is about willpower and mental grit. With Hanuman Ji's blessings, no challenge is unbeatable.

My nation, my pride. There is no greater honor than representing my country in powerlifting. This pride drives me to push harder every day. Jai Hind!

"I'm not back, I'm better." A physique update showing the results of disciplined training and diet. The transformation is both physical and mental.

Backstage at a competition, holding medals for my team. This is a moment of reflection and gratitude. The journey is as important as the victory.

About this collection

When you walk into Balarka Fitness Centre for a session, you will not find machines that do the work for you. We train with Yokes, Atlas Stones, and Axle bars because real-world strength requires tools that fight back. I do not just teach you to lift, I teach you to find the mental rhythm in the struggle.

Many people think strength is just about how much iron you can move. I believe it starts in the mind. Whether you are prepping for your first Strongman competition or looking to break a personal deadlift record, the biggest hurdle is usually mental. I train my clients to treat every rep like a prayer—a focused, deliberate act of discipline.

When we use niche gear like Gar Nal or heavy Yokes, it is not to show off. It is to build structural integrity that commercial gym equipment simply cannot offer. I personally monitor form during every clean and dip or load sequence. We focus on periodized programming, which means we do not just guess our weights. We rotate through volume, strength, and peaking phases to ensure your central nervous system is recovered and ready for the next challenge.

Whether you come to the Jayanagar facility or work with me through online programming, the expectation remains the same. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just honest work. We document everything, from your hip height during a deadlift to your nutritional intake, to make sure that if the body says no, the mind knows how to say 'don't stop.'
