Coaching Model
- Daily Programming: Personalized workout charts provided daily for execution at the facility.
- Floor Supervision: Shared oversight by Coach Vishwa with real-time verbal cues and form correction.
- Safety: Professional spotting by the coach or senior team members for heavy attempts.
Environment
- Team Training: Train alongside state and national medalists in a serious strength environment.
- Injury Management: Immediate modification of exercises if injuries or fatigue flare up.
Remote Championship Coaching (Online)

- Custom Block: 4 to 5 week periodized training cycle tailored to current 1RM and competition dates.

- Tactile Cueing: Hands-on adjustments to fix mechanics instantly (e.g., manual stance adjustment).
- Drills: Proprioception work to teach rooting feet and bracing the core.
- Rehab: Specialized warm-ups and cool-downs focusing on shoulder, hip, and back health.

- Nutrition: Basic advice on fueling for strength and supplement usage.
- Gear: Recommendations on purchasing belts, shoes, and knee sleeves.

I’m Coach Vishwa, 24-time National Champ and Commonwealth Record Holder, but honestly, medals are just one part. What matters more to me is helping others get stronger - not just physically, but mentally too. Around here, discipline beats motivation, and faith keeps us going when things get tough. Nam kashṭa nam’ge, ivarigellā elli gottāgatte friends (Our struggles are our own, how will others understand, friends).
What I Offer
- Competition Prep: Whether you’re dreaming of your first local meet or want to crack the international stage, I handle all the details from programming to meet day strategy for powerlifters. Both raw and equipped lifting coaching is available.
- Big 3 Focus: Squat, Bench, Deadlift - form comes before everything. We’ll break things down, use technical cues, and fix small things that make a big difference. Doesn’t matter if you’re stuck on bench or confused between sumo and conventional deadlift, we’ll figure it out.
- Custom Strength Plans: You won’t get some random plan off the internet. I design custom periodized strength programs based on what you need, including accessories and proper deloads so you grow strong but stay healthy.
- Mental Grit: I’ve battled injuries and setbacks, so I know what fighting through feels like. Overcoming mental blocks in lifting is as important as any set or rep.
