I do not believe in shortcuts. My coaching for the next generation is not just about moving heavy objects; it is about drilling the right biomechanics into your nervous system before you ever touch a max lift. Whether you are a young athlete training for your first record or an adult looking to push your limits, we start by ensuring your technique is airtight to prevent injury and maximize power.

Training for the Next Generation

Strength is a skill. It is not something you are born with; it is something you build with consistency and the right guidance. When I coach the next generation, my goal is to teach them that mindset matters more than the weight on the bar.

My Coaching Approach

  • Technique First: Before we touch a log or an Atlas stone, we master the movement. We focus on the clean, the dip, and the carry. If the base is weak, the building will fall.
  • Safe Progression: I have pushed my body through incredible strain, and I know exactly where the limit is. My students train with intensity, but I act as the safety mechanism. We build strength that lasts.
  • Mental Toughness: Physical training is only half the battle. I teach you how to handle the days when your body wants to quit. This is the 'Hanuman-inspired' fitness mantra we live by.

Why Train Here?

We don't train at commercial gyms with machines that do the work for you. We use functional facilities like Balarka Fitness Centre in Jayanagar, utilizing specialized apparatus like yokes, axle bars, and concrete Atlas stones. This is real-world strength training for those who are serious about competing or simply building a body that can handle anything.
