Talk is cheap. On the platform, the numbers tell the truth. These medals and records are the result of years of grinding in the gym, proving that hard work doesn't lie.

The moment I set a new national record with a 407.5 kg squat. This is the result of relentless preparation, something I drill into all my athletes.

Winning the Senior National Classic Powerlifting Championship in 2024. I took home the gold medal in the 105 kg class and the 'Strongman of India' title, setting 7 new national records in my first classic competition.

A national record deadlift at the 2022 Senior National Championship. Competition day is about executing with focus and power, no matter the pressure.

Receiving the 'Strongest Man of India' title. This is the highest honor, and it represents the culmination of all the hard work in the gym.

Standing on top of the podium after winning the gold medal at the All India Railway powerlifting championship. Victory is earned, never given.

With my fellow lifters, holding the gold medal and Strongman title at the Delhi state equipped powerlifting championship.

The certificate of honor for securing first place and the Open Best Lifter title at the National Senior Men's Equipped Powerlifting Championship.

Another 'Strongman of India' title. Consistency is key. I teach my athletes how to perform at their best, meet after meet.

On the platform at the Delhi State Powerlifting Sports Association meet. Every competition is a chance to prove your strength and fighting spirit.

My first attempt of 380 kg at the All India Railway Powerlifting Championship. A strong start sets the tone for the entire competition.

About Competition Victories: Records & Medals

Every record you see here—my 407.5 kg squat, the 317.5 kg deadlift—was not just about raw power. It was about programming: calculating the exact opener, managing fatigue, and staying calm under the pressure of a national platform. When you train with me, I do not just teach you to lift heavy, I teach you how to compete.

Beyond the Weight

Powerlifting is not just about moving the bar. It is a mental battle. I have been competing since 2009, and I have seen athletes stronger than me fail because they lacked a competition strategy. Whether it is raw vs equipped powerlifting, the principles remain the same: discipline and precision.

My Competition Approach

I prepare my athletes for the reality of meet day. This involves:

  • Strategic Programming: We design your macro-cycle for hypertrophy, strength, and peaking. You do not show up guessing; you show up ready.
  • Attempt Selection: Knowing your opener, second, and third lift is the difference between a podium finish and a disqualification. I calculate these based on your training data.
  • Mental Toughness: I have competed with a 102-degree fever and come back from career-ending injuries. Bajrang Bali ki kripa se, I have learned to stay composed. We train your mind to handle the platform fear.

Why Train With Me

Sab waqt ka khel hai (everything is a game of timing) and mehnat (hard work). I don't give you shortcuts. I give you the same technical analysis, gear consultation, and programming that took me to the national level. If you are serious about breaking records and want to see how a national champion trains, the platform is waiting. No excuses, just results.
