Specialized Equipment Access
- Industrial Inventory: Training conducted at functional facilities (Balarka Fitness/Relentless Strength) utilizing gear not found in commercial gyms.
- Event Apparatus: Includes Metal Logs (10-12 inch), Concrete Atlas Stones (various weights up to 100kg+), Heavy Yokes, and Farmers Walk handles.
- Grip Tools: Usage of niche grip builders like Axle bars (thick grip), Saxon bar (rectangular pinch), and Gar Nal (stone ring).
Technical Instruction & Safety
- Event Mechanics: Hands-on teaching of specific techniques such as the "clean and dip" for logs or "lap, load, and extend" for stones.
- Active Spotting: Coach acts as the safety mechanism for rack-less lifts and heavy odd-object carries.
- Form Correction: Real-time tactile and verbal cues to ensure safe leverage during heavy compound movements and tire flips.
Structured Programming
- Cycle Design: Periodized training phases (volume, strength, peaking) tailored for competition readiness or raw power.
- Compound Focus: Advanced programming for Squat, Bench, and Deadlift variations (Conventional, Sumo, Hack) to build base strength.
Online Strongman Programming

- Custom Schedules: 4-5 days/week plans designed around specific goals like "First Strongman Comp" or "Deadlift PR".
- Equipment Adaptation: Workouts modified based on the user's available facility, including substituting standard gym gear to simulate Strongman events (e.g., Zercher Squats for Stone lifts).
Video Analysis & Feedback
- Technique Review: Assessment of user-submitted training videos via WhatsApp to correct posture, hip height, and bar path.
- Progress Tracking: Weekly check-ins to monitor CNS fatigue, adjust lifting percentages, and prevent overtraining.
Strategic Guidance
- Gear Consultation: Advice on selecting technical equipment such as belts, sleeves, and lifting shoes.
- Competition Strategy: Guidance on attempt selection and game-day approach for athletes preparing for meets.

I see Strongman as more than just being able to deadlift a crazy amount. You need to be quick, stay sharp, and have a heart that refuses to quit. You’re training to handle anything thrown at you, not just look strong.

I've helped everyone from pro athletes to school kids. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or already experienced. Discipline and hunger matter most. If you have that “naa beda anta helalla” (I won't say I can't) mindset, you’ll fit right in.

It’s not easy. Injuries will happen; I’ve trained through my share of pain. But we learn to listen to our body without letting it stop us. Mental toughness in strength sports is what keeps you moving on those “no mood” days.

My Story
My journey started on my mother’s waist, and now, strength is my identity. Powerlifting is not just medals for me, it’s respect, it’s glory. But my real power? Comes from faith. I’m a Hanuman bhakt, I believe Mahadev called me to Kashi, Prayagraj, Ayodhya. Sab kuch usi ka hai, main toh sirf ek saadhan hoon (Everything is His, I’m just an instrument).
