The 99-Day Transformation Challenge
My personal journey to drop 10kg while maintaining peak strength. This is 99 days of raw discipline, compound lifts, and mental fortitude.
Day 1 of my 99-day challenge. The journey begins with a goal to drop 10kg while maintaining strength for the upcoming championships.
Day 3: Deadlifts and rehab. Lifting 260kg while also focusing on smart recovery to stay injury-free. Progress over perfection.
Day 7: 320kg block deadlift. Back on the grind, feeling the strength come back better than ever. The journey continues.
Day 8: Deadlifts with my brother. Training together after so many years reminded me how far we've come.
Day 10: 285kg deadlift for reps. The body said no, but the heart said don't stop. It's all about mindset.
Day 11: Upper body day with Larsen press and close grip bench. Feeling refreshed in body and mind.
Day 12: A full-body endurance session out in nature. Reconnecting with old-school exercises like Hanuman danda and burpees.
Day 13: Cardio and core day. Rest is just as important as the grind. Listening to the body.
Day 14: Leg day with squats and deadlifts. Sticking to a strict routine can make you feel like a whole new person.
Day 17: Back and biceps day, starting with light deadlifts. Enjoying every moment of the training process.
About The Transformation Journey
People think a transformation is just about cutting calories, but that’s how you lose muscle and power. In this 99-day journey, I show you how to pull heavy—like hitting 260kg deadlifts—while managing recovery and nutrition properly. We focus on compound movements and a mindset that ignores excuses. You don't need magic; you need the discipline to show up when your body says no and your heart says stay the course.
The Foundation of Real Change
This isn't a quick-fix program. My 99-day challenge is a blueprint for building real strength while dropping body fat. It is built on a foundation of faith and the 'Hanuman Ji' mindset—where you surrender your ego to the process. True change happens when you stop looking for the easy way out and start respecting the grind.
Why This Method Works
We train with a simple principle: technique first, ego second. Whether we are at Balarka Fitness in Jayanagar or working via online programming, the focus is the same. We use compound lifts—squats, deadlifts, and presses—to build a frame that is actually functional and strong, not just aesthetics.
What The Journey Covers
- Smart Programming: We track everything. Diet, sleep, CNS (Central Nervous System) fatigue, and form. You are not just following a static template; you are learning how to adapt your training when life gets in the way.
- Technique Mastery: You will learn the mechanics behind the lifts. How to brace, how to pull, and how to keep your back safe under heavy weight. We correct your form via video analysis so you get stronger, not injured.
- Nutritional Strategy: No starvation tactics. We focus on fueling your body to support structural growth and energy during heavy sessions.
If you have the hunger to become the best version of yourself, I will give you the tools to get there. Let's stop talking and start lifting.
