Champion Strongman & Powerlifting Highlights
Real strength isn't just numbers on a bar. It's about mindset, faith, and the grit to push through when your body says stop. This is a look into my training, competition life, and the philosophy that fuels my athletes.
This is what raw power looks like. Pulling this truck wasn't just about physical strength; it was about pure grit and the will to dominate. With no specific training for this event, I finished fastest in my category, proving that a strong mindset can conquer any challenge.
This is my life. A 370kg (814 lbs) deadlift is more than just a number; it's a testament to years of discipline and faith. This is the kind of peak strength we build, grounded in perfect technique and an unbreakable will.
The Atlas Stone is an iconic test of a strongman's power. Here, I'm lifting a 100kg stone to my shoulder for the first time in competition. Mastering this lift requires technique, explosive power, and total body control, all of which are core to my training philosophy.
This is the result of relentless hard work and the blessings of Hanuman Ji. Winning the Strongman of India title is an honor, and it's the same champion mindset and dedication I bring to every single one of my clients.
My success is measured by the success of my team. Pictured here is Team Balarka after dominating a district championship with 13 gold medals. I don't just build athletes; I build a family of champions who support and elevate each other.
Strongman is not just about static strength; it's about power in motion. The Yoke Walk, carrying 240kg here, builds incredible core stability, leg drive, and mental fortitude. We train to be functional, fast, and powerful.
From my first 300kg pull in 2013 to breaking records on the international stage, the deadlift has been my weapon. This journey of over a decade shows that with the right mindset and faith, you can rise from anywhere to the top.
About this collection
Strongman training is completely different from gym lifting. We aren't just moving barbells; we're handling awkward, shifting objects like Yokes, Log Presses, and Atlas Stones that demand total body coordination and core stability. I train my students at Balarka Fitness in Jayanagar using specialized equipment because you cannot simulate this intensity with standard commercial gym gear. Whether you're aiming for a deadlift PR or your first strongman competition, we focus on the mechanics of the lift so you can build real, functional power safely.
Training Beyond the Barbell
Real strength is tested in the real world. That’s why we move beyond the rack. My Strongman programs are built to handle the unexpected. When you train for events like the Car Deadlift or the Truck Pull, you learn to manage grip, endurance, and mental fortitude under pressure.
The Balarka Fitness Difference
Based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru, my facility is designed for those who are serious about results. We don't have fancy lights or distractions—just the kit you need to get strong. This includes:
- Event Gear: Metal logs, Atlas Stones (up to 100kg+), heavy yokes, and axle bars.
- Technical Foundation: We prioritize the 'clean and dip' and 'lap and load' techniques to ensure you aren't just strong, but efficient.
Why Mindset is Everything
I tell every client that the weight doesn't move itself—you have to command it. If you have the right mindset, your body will follow. My coaching combines this mental edge with strict, periodized programming for Powerlifting and Strongman events. Whether you are an absolute beginner or looking to break national records, my goal is to guide you with the same discipline I bring to my own 370kg deadlifts.
Join the Team
We offer both in-person coaching in Bengaluru and customized online programming. If you're ready to stop making excuses and start building your legacy, let's get to work. Jai Bajrang Bali.
