National Powerlifting Champions and Medalists
I don't train posers. I build winners. See the results of my lifters on the national podium and in the record books.
This is what I train for. Not just lifting heavy, but breaking national records. Here is my student setting a new national deadlift record of 232.5kg at a bodyweight of only 64kg. This is the level of performance we chase.
My athletes on the podium. This is the end goal of all our training. We don't participate, we dominate. This is a Senior National Deadlift Championship win.
In my gym, we squat heavy and we do it with perfect form. I am always there with my team, spotting every lift and pushing them beyond their limits. This is how we build the strength needed for competition.
Deadlift is the ultimate test of strength. I focus on every detail of the form, from the setup to the lockout. This hands-on correction is what prevents injury and builds real power.
The bench press is a technical lift, and we drill it relentlessly. Here, I am spotting one of my lifters during a heavy session, ensuring safety and pushing for that extra rep that makes all the difference.
This is Team Odisha, my family of shers, ready to compete at the Senior National Powerlifting Championship. We train as a team and we win as a team, supporting each other every step of the way.
The talk is cheap. The medals are the proof. This is just a small part of the hardware my team brings home from state and national championships.
I train both men and women to become the strongest versions of themselves. Here I am with one of my strong women after her win. There are no excuses here, only results.
About Featured
This isn't about gym selfies. My athletes are currently breaking national deadlift records, like the 232.5kg lift at 64kg bodyweight. If you are serious about standing on the podium, you need more than a generic workout plan. You need an environment where every lifter pushes for that extra rep, and I am there on the floor to spot you, correct your form, and ensure you develop the mental toughness to win.
Success in powerlifting is not an accident. It is the result of brutal consistency, perfect form, and a 'Sher' mentality. When I look at these photos, I do not just see medals. I see the months of grinding at Ultimate Gym in Bhubaneswar, the strict nutrition, and the precise technique drills we run to dominate the IPF and PAO circuit.
Why My Lifters Win
We don't waste time on useless exercises. Every session focuses on the big three: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. My programming is designed for competition, meaning we train under federation rules—waiting for the start, press, and rack commands. If you train without these commands, you will fail in a meet. I ensure that never happens.
Hands-On Coaching
You will not find me sitting in a corner on my phone. I am on the gym floor from 5 PM to 9 PM, manually spotting my athletes, adjusting knee wraps, and correcting your hip hinge before you finish a set. Whether you are aiming for your first state medal or pushing for a national record, the protocol is the same: show up, work hard, and leave your fear at the door.
Training for the Podium
- Weight Class Management: We handle water loading and sodium manipulation so you make weight without losing strength.
- Attempt Selection: I handle the math. I calculate your opening, second, and third attempts to ensure you maximize your total score on game day.
- The Brotherhood: When you join Team Odisha, you become part of a family that supports you through every missed lift and every victory.
