Snippets from my handstands and hip mobility workshop in Mumbai. It was a great day of breaking down complex movements and helping everyone build a better understanding of their own bodies.

This was the announcement for my first-ever workshop in Mumbai. I love getting the chance to travel and share my knowledge on handstands and mobility with new communities.

Pumped to hit a full Nordic curl! This is a tough bodyweight hamstring exercise, and achieving it felt better than any of my old deadlift PRs. It's a win for smart bodyweight training.

After focusing on skill work for two years, I incorporated some hypertrophy training. It was interesting to see how my bodyweight strength translated back to barbell lifts like deadlifts and squats.
