I don't believe in gym-only fitness where you just chase numbers. My group sessions blend dynamic yoga flows with strength drills to help you move, breathe, and challenge yourself alongside a community.

This was an evening hot yoga class focused on Animal Flow. The group is working on foundational movements like squats and crab walks to build strength and mobility in a dynamic way.

About Group Training Sessions

In my group sessions, we don’t just mindlessly repeat movements. I keep class sizes intentional so I can provide real-time adjustments, especially when we’re tackling complex poses like handstands or deep hip openers. Whether we’re training at a facility like Nitrro in Breach Candy or working outdoors, you’ll find me right there with you, helping you balance your effort with awareness.

Group training isn’t just about having people around to motivate you. It is about collective energy. When one person holds a plank for a few seconds longer, it pushes everyone in the room to do the same. My sessions are a blend of what I have practiced for over 12 years: Hatha, Ashtanga elements, and Animal Flow for mobility.

We don't focus on the 'no pain, no gain' philosophy. We focus on chale to kat hi jayega safar aahista aahista (the journey will eventually be completed, slowly and steadily).

What to expect in class:

  • Dynamic Warm-ups: We prepare the joints before we load them, ensuring your body is ready for the work ahead.
  • Tactile Cues: I walk the floor to adjust your form, not just call out instructions from the front of the room.
  • Mind-Body Integration: We start and end with breathwork, sometimes a bit of kirtan (devotional chanting), to reset the nervous system after a high-intensity bout.

If you are joining me at a studio like Nitrro in Breach Candy, you can expect a space where ego stays at the door. I cater to all levels. If you are a beginner, we scale the movements down to meet you where you are. If you are a pro looking for advanced acro or inversion work, I will spot you and help you find your balance safely. The goal is to leave the mat feeling stronger than when you stepped on it, not depleted.
